Gift Vouchers
Vouchers are not redeemable and are to be used for workshops and products, valid for 3 years.
Workshop cancellation
In the case that What’s in the heART has to cancel any workshop a credit note will be given.
Whats in the heART understands life gets in the way and sometimes people will not be able to attend a workshop.
You can either:
- Reschedule the workshop for a later date.
- Choose to give it to a friend or someone else to enjoy .
- Choose another workshop.
- A cancellation fee of 50% will be incurred when a participant cancels a workshop or you can receive a credit note valid for 12 months.
No Refund and Exchange
There is no refund for soaps or any other personal care products purchased. Other items such as ceramic goods can be exchanged or returned within 21 days of purchase if it is in its original sellable condition and packaging. Return postage is at the cost of the purchaser.
Product fault
Any genuine fault found by the purchaser with an item or product will be replaced or refunded if broken when received by post.
